Wild Things Media’s User Agreement, Last Updated on 1 March 2019

1. License to Your Content. You grant Wild Things Media a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right (including any moral rights) and license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, derive revenue or other remuneration from, and communicate to the public, Your Content (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any worldwide intellectual property right, including moral rights, that may exist in Your Content. You agree that you, not Wild Things Media, are responsible for all of Your Content that you Make Available on or in Wild Things Media Properties. Please remember that even if you terminate your use of the Services, Wild Things Media and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, re-pin, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your User Content that other users have stored or shared through Wild Things Media. 

You further agree that Content you submit to Wild Things Media will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Wild Things Media all of the license rights granted herein. You warrant that the holder of any worldwide intellectual property right, including moral rights, in Your Content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above.​

2. Promotion. You agree that the above license includes the right for Wild Things Media to promote, provide, and improve the Services and to make Content submitted to or through the Services available to other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with Wild Things Media for the distribution, broadcast, syndication, or publication of such Content on other media and services. Such additional uses by Wild Things Media, or other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with Wild Things Media, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to Your Content. We may modify or adapt Your Content in order to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to Your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services or media.
